EMNP 111-2 essay 3: Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to sports,sing songs or dance,camping because these exercises are good for my body to do something . Other people like to stay healthy by eating fruits, vegetables and vitamins . In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.

For example, I like to spots,sing songs and dance . The reason I like to sports is because make the body healthier. I also like to sing songs because can make me relax. Finally, I often like to dance because make me more flexible.

In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat fruits,salad and vitamins at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat fruits is because make the complexion better. I also like to eat salad because eat lighter. Finally, I like to eat vitamins because supplement the nutrients that the body lacks.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much manufactured food, betel nut or fast food because that will cause a burden on the body.

In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of healthy food, exercise a lot and avoid eating too much junk food.
